The Locker Vintage is an independently owned business based in Bruges, Belgium. We specialize in curated high-end fashion, vintage streetwear, and unique designer archival pieces.

2. Do you have a physical store?

Yes. We operate a physical store located at Academiestraat 12, 8000 Brugge, Belgium. You are welcome to visit us during our opening hours to browse our collection in person.

3. Where do you ship?

We currently ship exclusively within Belgium. We do not ship internationally at this time.

4. How much does shipping cost?

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Belgium. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no hidden fees.

5. How long does delivery take?

We process orders within 0-1 business day. Once dispatched via Bpost, delivery typically takes 2-4 business days depending on your location in Belgium.

6. What is your order cut-off time?

Our daily order cut-off time is 4:00 PM (CET). Orders placed before this time are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed the next business day.

7. Can I return an item?

Yes. You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received with tags attached.

8. Do you offer exchanges?

Since our vintage items are one-of-a-kind (we only have one of each), we cannot offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you want.

9. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

We exclusively use Stripe for secure payments. We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro.
