  • Service Area: We ship exclusively within Belgium.

  • Shipping Cost: We are pleased to offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders nationwide. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no hidden handling fees at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

To ensure your vintage finds reach you quickly, we adhere to a strict processing schedule:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM (CET/Brussels Time).

  • Handling Time: 0 – 1 Business Day.

  • Dispatch Days: Monday – Saturday.

  • Processing Speed: Orders placed before 4:00 PM are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM, or on Sundays/Public Holidays, will be processed the next business day.

3. Transit Time & Delivery

Once your package is handed over to Bpost, the estimated timelines are:

  • Transit Time: 2 – 4 Business Days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 2 – 5 Business Days.

  • Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak holiday periods or extreme weather conditions.

4. Order Tracking

Transparency is key. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing:

  • Your unique Bpost tracking number.

  • A direct link to the tracking portal for real-time updates.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. The Locker Vintage is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
