Return and Refund Policy

Fair and transparent policies for your vintage finds.

At The Locker Vintage, we want you to love your unique finds. We provide a fair and transparent return process in full compliance with Belgian and EU Consumer Rights.

1. 14-Day Return Window

In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this 14-day window cannot be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unworn and unwashed. Items must show no signs of new wear or use.

  • Tags: Returned in the same condition as sold, with any original store tags attached.

  • Vintage Note: Please remember that vintage items are pre-loved. We celebrate their history; however, items must not have any new damage caused after delivery.

3. No Restocking Fees

We believe in honest service. The Locker Vintage charges €0.00 Restocking Fees for all returns.

4. How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back to our boutique in Bruges, please contact us for authorization:

  • Email: support@thelockervintage.com

  • Include: Your Full Name, Order Number, and the item(s) you wish to return.

  • Address: Once authorized, returns should be sent to: Academiestraat 12, 8000 Brugge, Belgium.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service via Bpost.

  • Our Error: If we sent the wrong item or if there is significant damage not mentioned in the description, The Locker Vintage will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our Bruges shop:

  • Notification: We will email you to confirm the receipt and approval of your return.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • EU Compliance: All refunds will be finalized within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

7. Exchange Policy

Since our collection consists of unique, one-of-a-kind vintage items, we cannot offer direct exchanges (as we only have one of each!). If you would like a different piece, please return the original for a refund and place a new order online.

8. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has been dispatched. Our daily dispatch cut-off is 4:00 PM (CET). Once an order is processed for shipping, it must follow the standard return process.
